Please follow the steps listed below matching your device type and browser.

Computer Laptop or Desktop with Windows

1. Call 844-480-2400 or email click to show email to schedule time for your appointment.
2. If you've used BTS remote support before, or have a support agreement, click the desktop shortcut for BTS Support.
3. Otherwise, click here to download remote access program.
4. Call or email (same as above) to begin your remote support session.
5. BTS support will assist with downloading the program and establishing remote support connection.
